Local Drop-Off Refill Service

This refill option is for local customers near Ferndale, MI who would like to drop off their empty Flicker & Found vessel for refilling.

Please make sure your vessel is clean, undamaged, and originally purchased from Flicker & Found. We only refill our own pieces to ensure safe wick placement and glass compatibility. If you’re unsure, just ask — we’re happy to help you identify your vessel.

Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you via email within 24 hours to schedule a convenient drop-off time at our designated Ferndale drop location.

On the next screen, you’ll select your refill size, scent, wax color, and any optional add-ins like crystals or botanicals. You’ll also upload a photo of your vessel so we can verify the item and match it in our records.

Refills are typically completed within 7–10 business days from drop-off. We’ll notify you when it’s ready for pickup!
