Refill your favorite Flicker & Found candle with fresh wax and fragrance – just ship the empty vessel back to us and we’ll take care of the rest.
To ensure safe use and ideal performance, we only refill original Flicker & Found vessels that have been properly tested and wicked. Please do not send in non-Flicker & Found items.
Here's how it works:
- Select your desired scent, wax color, and optional add-ins below.
- Choose your candle size (based on your original order).
- Upload a photo of your empty vessel for verification.
- After checkout, you’ll receive mailing instructions and a prepaid return label.
- We refill your candle and ship it back within 7–10 business days of receipt.
Refill Pricing: Includes wax, fragrance, new wicks, and return shipping.

📦 Shipping & Packaging Instructions for Refills
To complete your refill, you’ll need to safely ship your glass vessel to us. Please read the instructions below before checking out:
- Package your glass carefully. Use plenty of cushioning like bubble wrap or crumpled paper to prevent breakage. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit.
Include your name and order number inside the box so we can match your vessel to your refill order. - You will receive the shipping address and further confirmation after checkout.
🔁 Don’t worry — we'll refill it and return it to you beautifully repacked and ready to burn again.
